The ring of self care is basically a line of slightly overlapping hearts wrapped around your finger, meaning that self care should be constantly ongoing, step by step, rather than a one time event. It is not an infinity design and has a size bar on the back so you can be sure that if the need arises the ring can be resized without damaging the heart line. Due to its fine design, this ring is only available in gold.
