Refund policy

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. Due to this, please take extra care when selecting your Jaelle Jewelry piece. Only One of a Kind pieces and jewellery purchased directly at the events without alteration are able to be returned, in their original packaging, unworn, within a 7-day period. For One of a Kind pieces the 7-day period starts from the date of the delivery.

Pieces that are eligible for return will be refunded less the seller's fees of the payments provider you used (such as but not limited to AfterPay, Paypal merchant fees, Visa and Master card processing fees). Only pieces that are paid via bank transfer will be refunded in full.
