This policy explains how LSS Discovery Pty Ltd (ABN 74 642 350 785), trading as Jaelle Jewelry ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit jaellejewelry.com, place an order, book a showroom appointment or commission a piece. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
  • Order details: the pieces you buy, sizes (such as ring size), metal and gemstone choices, and your order history.
  • Bespoke and enquiry details: your design brief, reference images and messages you send us.
  • Website and device information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment details

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Afterpay). We do not see or store your full card details. Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and security standards (PCI-DSS).

How we use your information

  • To make, deliver and support your order, including bespoke commissions and repairs.
  • To respond to enquiries and arrange showroom appointments.

Overseas storage

Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Google, may store or process your information outside Australia, for example in Canada, the United States and other countries where they operate.

Our website uses cookies to run the store (for example, to remember your cart) and, with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner where shown.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
