Shipping policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Most of our pieces are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. Made-to-order pieces are usually made and dispatched within 10–20 business days of your order. Ready-to-ship and One of a Kind pieces are usually mailed out within 1–2 business days.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Australia Post with signature on delivery. Regular shipping (A$13) usually takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (A$18) usually takes 1–2 business days and is fully insured.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Regular shipping is A$60 and International Express shipping is A$100. International delivery may take between 2 and 4 weeks from the date of shipping. The item is out of our control once it has been shipped. Depending on the destination country and its import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to, and payment of these is needed to release your order from customs. We recommend checking your local regulations, as they vary between countries and states.
